Many of you have expressed your desire to see an improvement in how we book our travel.  Effective immediately, you may go directly to the airline, hotel and rental car websites for booking your travel – please discontinue using Navigant, Expedia or any other travel agency.   As part of the Purchasing initiatives, we are looking for opportunities where we can save Group 1 money and provide good service to our employees.   It is important that you follow the guidance provided.   We believe these changes will accomplish that effort.

The following are the preferred companies which will require you to add our account # to your web profiles.  TRAVEL TIP: When online select “lowest rate” versus “Corporate Rate” on either site – thist will typically result in lower rates.

HOTELS

We recommend you go directly to each hotel's own website as most properties are independent franchises.  Below are deals we have negotiated for those hotels we frequent on a per location basis.
